We have had great success in repairing chipped, broken, and scratched glass crystal, stemware, glassware, lead crystal, and cut glass. We can grind chipped edges, buff and polish scratches, and glue broken pieces (our glue is MUCH stronger than store-bought "superglues"). The restoration process will not make your glass crystal 100% like-new again, but you can still get many years of joy from that once-broken, cherished keepsake.

If you have a piece of glass crystal you would like us to repair, call us at 800-522-6560. We'll talk with you about it, then give you a repair estimate, shipping instructions, and an estimate of shipping costs. When you send us the piece, please include the return shipping cost. When we see the actual piece(s), we'll make a final determination about repairing it. If we recommend against doing the repair, we'll contact you and ship the piece back to you.

PACKING AND SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Wrap each piece heavily in "bubble wrap".

2. Put the piece in a small carton so it fits snuggly.

3. Enclose a letter with your name, address, phone number, and return shipping cost.

4. "Float" the small carton in a styrofoam "peanut" filled outer carton.

5. Insure your package for the appropriate amount. We recommend you use a local packaging service.
